Shipping policy

US shipping

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Standard tracked US shipping is free. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Products ship directly from our suppliers in China. Our suppliers currently estimate 8–15 days in transit for the sweater and 9–15 days for the pet cape on supported US routes. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and do not include processing time. Please allow 3–6 days for order processing before dispatch.

Orders containing more than one product may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking information will be sent when available. Tracking updates can take time to appear after dispatch.

Addresses and delays

Please check your shipping address carefully. Contact poorjudgement.shop@gmail.com promptly if a correction is needed. We may not be able to change an address once processing has begun.

Holiday demand, customs and carrier delays can affect delivery. If we cannot meet the stated dispatch timeframe, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a refund. We do not guarantee delivery by Christmas unless a specific guarantee is shown with your order.

Taxes and import charges

Any tax collected by us is shown at checkout. Import charges, if applicable and not collected at checkout, may be payable to the carrier or customs authority.

For an overdue, lost or damaged parcel, contact poorjudgement.shop@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and resolve it.
